Hemorrhoids ( மூலநோய் )

Internal hemorrhoids : They are located inside the rectum and are usually not seen or felt. However, they can cause bleeding during bowel movements.
External hemorrhoids : These are located under the skin around the anus and can be felt as small lumps. They may cause pain, itching, and sometimes bleeding.

Fissure in ano ( ஆசனவாய் வெடிப்பு )

External hemorrhoids, like internal hemorrhoids, occur due to increased pressure on the veins in the rectal area. Some common causes and risk factors include

Anal hematoma(குத ஹீமாடோமா)

An anal hematoma is a localized collection of blood that forms in the tissue around the anus. This happens when blood vessels in the area rupture or bleed, causing blood to pool in the surrounding tissues. Anal hematomas can be very painful and are often the result of injury or trauma to the anal area. This condition differs from an anal abscess, which is a collection of pus caused by an infection.

Rectal polyp (மலக்குடல் பாலிப்)

A rectal polyp is a small, benign growth that starts in the inner lining (mucous membrane) of the rectum, which is the lower part of the large intestine (colon) that leads to the anus. Polyps can vary in size, shape, and appearance. They are usually benign (noncancerous) but can sometimes turn into cancer over time if left untreated. Rectal polyp detection and monitoring is important because some types of polyps can become cancerous.

Warts ( மருக்கள் )

Warts are benign skin growths caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). They can appear on many different parts of the body, including the hands, feet, face, genital area, and other skin surfaces. Warts are fairly common and can affect people of all ages, but they are most common in children and young adults.

Perianal Abcess(சீழ்)

Perianal abscesses are often associated with the development of fistulas in the anus. An untreated abscess can lead to the formation of a fistula, which is a connection between the abscess cavity and the anal canal or rectum.

Pilonidal Sinus ( பைலோனிடல் மூலம் )

Hemorrhoids, also known as piles, are swollen and inflamed veins in the anus and lower rectum. They can cause discomfort, pain, itching, and sometimes bleeding. Hemorrhoids can be either internal or external.

Perianal Abcess(சீழ்)

Perianal abscesses are often associated with the development of fistulas in the anus. An untreated abscess can lead to the formation of a fistula, which is a connection between the abscess cavity and the anal canal or rectum.

Fistula in ano/Pruritus ani ( ஆசனவாய் அரிப்பு )

Itchy anus, also known as anal pruritus, is a common condition characterized by itching and irritation around the anus. It can be quite annoying and inconvenient. There are several potential causes of anal itching, and identifying the underlying cause is key to determining the most appropriate treatment. Here are some common causes of anal itching:
